Mares Training Buoy
The Mares buoy Is very nice and very useful. It is a very heavy Cordura/nylon material outside and a PVC lining on the inside very rugged the strapping is well-built and can hold a heavy weight 25-30 pounds for free immersion without a problem. But it is still light for travel.
